AOL connections time out using Nitix 4.3.1c

Problem
Since upgrading to Nitix version 4.3.1c #1 all attempted connections to AOL time out. I have Content Filtering enabled, but the machine using AOL is on the workstation exemption list.
Cause
This problem is caused by a known issue in Nitix versions 4.3.1c #1 and later. In these versions, even if a workstation is on the exemption list, their outgoing connections are still delayed a bit by the content filtering. This is enough to interfere with AOL's login protocol.
Solution
The only workarounds at this time are to:
- Downgrade to Nitix version 4.3.1a until we fix this problem, or
- Disable content filtering until we fix this problem.
