Problem

How do I submit installation instructions or a unique solution or workaround for inclusion in the Nitix Knowledgebase?

 

Solution

We are very excited to receive content from our users and partners, and we encourage anyone that has information to share about Nitix to submit an article to us.

Before emailing us, please ensure that you have all the information we will need to create a proper Knowledgebase article.

  • Prerequisites for installing a particular program
  • Screenshots to illustrate a user interface or situation that is difficult to explain
  • What problem your solution or workaround solves
  • What question your solution answers
  • Step by step process for installing an application, performing a workaround, or applying a solution

The more information you can give us, and the more closely it already resembles a Nitix Knowledgebase article, the easier it will be for Engineering Services to transform it and publish it.

When Engineering Services receives your article, be patient, as it is a lengthy process to ensure the validity of information within the article. Articles submitted for the Knowledgebase by anyone will be prioritized, technically reviewed, stylistically edited, and may at some point be published to our Knowledgebase.

Important Note
Engineering Services is a very busy department. Not all Knowledgebase submissions will be published, and some may require time and input before it is considered. Please be patient.

If your submission is published to our Knowledgebase, we will credit you in the article.
